Irene is giving a hands on two hour beginners workshop next Sunday (13th Jan, 14:00 - 16:00, Tula BoLo). You will get familiar with which yoga style(s) suit you and your needs best. Learn the basic breathing techniques, sun salutations, most common yoga poses and relaxation.
The workshop is suitable for complete beginners, or yoga practitioners that are interested in learning more about the essential building blocks of yoga.
