During this four week course you will get the opportunity to deepen and advance your yoga practice - beyond what we have time to cover in regular yoga classes.
Each week you will start with a complete practice of MEDITATION, PRANAYAMA \(breathing techniques\), ASANA PRACTICE \(physical yoga practice\) and YOGA PHILOSOPHY \(focussed each week on a particular theme\). So, during this course you will get the opportunity to practice and learn how the various yoga practices \(that make up the 8 limbs of yoga\) link together and support each other.

Between each session you will be given PERSONAL GUIDANCE on what to practice to support advancing and balancing your practice to meet the intentions and goals that you would like to achieve.
This workshop is suitable for ALL LEVELS of yoga practitioners, and is designed to add depth to your own yoga practice wherever you are with it currently.
